Ferchia is the peaceful hillside hamlet near Lucca, where we have recently carried out a quality renovation of our 3 holiday homes from a 300 year old farmhouse and extensive estate.

We can accommodate 21 people, or any combinations from 2 upwards. All bedrooms are light and airy with comfortable beds, the sitting rooms are large and well furnished, with open fireplaces and beamed ceilings. Near the main farmhouse, we have converted a barn into a 3 bedroomed villa, with its own terraces and garden.

The 13 metre (40 feet) swimming pool has superb views of the hills and village opposite across the wooded valley, where you can even watch buzzard hunting below you! The air is clear, our own spring water is pure and above all there is no noise or light pollution. Returning guests tell us that they are relaxed, refreshed and de-stressed.
Ferchia is ideally situated for the true Italian experience, all year round.

There are many excellent trattoria and supermarkets back down the valley, as well as wonderful places to visit such as Lucca, Florence, Pescia and Pisa (Pisa airport is just 45 minutes away). The railway station is only 15 minutes drive, although car hire is necessary to get to the house and explore the region.
