Prices

We feel that it is fairer to charge by the person, rather than the accommodation, so our standard charge throughout the year is £280 per person per week. The metato is £225 per person per week. Any part weeks are calculated proportionately.
For large parties and for those who wish to stay for 2 weeks or more, then we discuss a discount. Similarly for dates between November and March. We are always available to talk through the pricing structure.
Children under the age of 2 at the time of arrival at the house are free of charge when sleeping in a cot. There are 2 at the house.
Included in the price is all bed-linen, bath towels, gas and electricity. There are no hidden extras.
We are flexible as to the start and finish days of the week, as usually flights are less expensive for you on a week day rather than a week-end.

The Format.
Once we have received your confirmation that you wish to book, the following happens.
1)We send you a visitor form* to fill in and a confirmatory email with the details.
2)We require that you send a 25% non-returnable deposit to secure the booking, along with the completed visitor form.
3)Upon receipt of the above 2 items, we then send you copious information about the house, how to get to it, how to run it, tips as to places to visit, shop, eat and so on.
4)One month before the holiday arrival date, we require the remainder of the booking fee and a returnable damages deposit.
5)Upon your return and confirmation by yourselves and our caretaker that there have been no accidents, your damages deposit will be returned.

* The completed visitor form will show, who is in the party, ages, preferences for double/single beds, contact details (especially mobile phone whilst in Italy) flight arrival and departure times (or etas if driving).
